From the moment you book your consultation, we'll get to know you and your vision through an initial call — answering questions and ensuring we're the perfect fit.

Once we've agreed, we review your arrangements and complete a detailed handover two weeks ahead of the event.

On the day itself, Chapters becomes the main point of contact — overseeing set-up, managing the schedule, and handling any issues — allowing you to be fully present with complete peace of mind.

A core service for the event itself, with the option to extend our involvement further upstream if you'd like.
